By commissioning me in any kind of way, you agree to the terms of service below and the additional notices on each of the pages provided.
Please write in a clear and nice manner. Any ill behavior will not be tolerated, and your commission will be canceled if it occurs. If you fail to follow the rules provided, I have the right to decline your commission.
All commissions must all be paid in full upfront and through Paypal unless stated otherwise. The currency accepted is Euro (€)
I, the artist, hold every right to the produced piece of work, not the commissioner. Therefore I'm allowed to use the copyrighted work to promote myself within any place or site, publish books with, display it anywhere to my liking and post it wherever I want.
I must be visibly credited everywhere where you use my work unless agreed otherwise. Please do this in the form of linking my Twitter page, @phnexx. For animation commissions, you must mention that the work was commissioned and link either to my Twitter or this carrd in the video description.
If you break these rules in any way, every right you had to my work will be retracted.
I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time. You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received. If money has not been sent yet, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted, and I have the right to sell the copyrighted work to new buyers. Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want to for others to watch out for. I also have every right to file a complaint, and I have all the right to the money you have given me.

TOS (Commercial work)
These points exist as an addition to my normal TOS and only affect commercial work; everything listed here still applies.
Depending on work and scope of use a commercial fee between 100%-200% of the full commission price will be added (rush fees and other additional charges are applied separately)
The commercial fee does not permit you to resell my work or use it as a primary product (example: printing it on merchandise or using it for Patreon or subscription rewards)
Please inform me of the purpose of the work before commissioning me. Unless discussed with me, you may not use my work for other purposes.
In case I permit you to use my work for something else than initially discussed, an additional charge may apply.
Please remember that points 3 and 4 outlined in my regular TOS still apply unless discussed otherwise.
I have the right to decline a commercial commission if I don't feel comfortable with the scope of the project. This is for my own safety, but also in order for me to be able to uphold customer satisfaction.

All come default with either transparent or simple background.
Bust: 80€/character
Thigh-up: 110€/character

The general turnaround for illustrations is one month after receiving payment. I will charge a rush/deadline fee for any hard deadlines which are 30 days and below from the date I receive payment.1. Please DM me on Twitter (@phnexx) with a reference of your character, optionally some inspiration images if you are commissioning a complex background. I will not work off written references for the character.
The file size for these commissions is A4 300DPI either horizontal or portrait, the file will be saved as a PNG.2. I will start sketching once I received payment and will send you a progress image once the sketch is complete, for you to approve. After this has been done, no major changes in the pose of the character or the general composition will be made without an additional fee.3. Between the sketch stage and the completion stage you may ask for changes 3 times free of charge, otherwise there will be an extra fee, depending on the change. Changes where I actively ask for your feedback are exempt from this point.4. Once the commission is complete you will receive the high-quality file over a google drive link. At this point, I will only correct small quality mistakes. After two weeks of completing the commission, I am not required to keep the files necessary for downloading or correction.5. Please briefly consult me before uploading my artwork onto any social media etc. or using it for a banner or icon etc. You may not edit my artwork itself, but using the piece for a banner graphic etc. can also be approved after asking. In all cases, you may not remove any watermark, and I must always be visibly credited through my Twitter page on your profile or the respective post.

In the DM, send me the reference of the character. Please know that due to the nature of this YCH, complex characters and special requests are not acceptable. Simple Animation
Base Price: 50-60€ (1-4 Vocalists at a length of 1:30 min.)- Comes with particle effects, intro and outro, simple panning and subtitles. The background won't change, I will only make minimal use of additional assets, and the video might be slightly repetitive.Extra time: +15€/ 30 sec

Static Animation
Base price): 20€
Comes with an optional soundwave, particles, and a small intro and outro, the rest will be static. Has no limits on the length or vocalist, but various add-ons are available. Fast turnaround of 1 - 1,5 weeks

Individual soundwaves and/or highlighted vocalists: +2€/min and vocalist

- The art and mix must be done in advance. I can animate for a Chorus Battle if the rules allow it, in which case this does not apply. Be informed, however, that there will be an additional markup aside from the deadline/rush one.
- Please have a clear idea of what you want beforehand. Pinterest boards, YouTube playlists, storyboards, asset folders etc., are all accepted as a form of description. If you can’t provide anything similar, I will have free reign over what I do in the video. In both cases, major changes will not be permitted after I started your commission.
- I might charge an additional fee as a form of material cost, in case you want very specific effects or assets used (such as 3D models, etc.). This will always be discussed with you beforehand!
- I will first provide you with a rough plan/storyboard. During the process of making the video, you can ask for a preview at any time, but I am not obligated to send more than 2. You can ask for changes once during the planning phase and once during the final result. Every additional change will be 5-10€ depending on its gravity.
- Unless ordered to a deadline, all commissions will take between one and 2,5 months to complete
- All videos will be in 1080p and 30fps, rendered with the YouTube preset in Media Encoder.
- The video will be sent to you via a google drive link. Please download the video within two weeks. After this deadline, I have no obligation to keep the file online.
- I must always be credited in the video description and in any place that you use the video. I have the right to credit myself in the video, and you have no right to remove the credit.
